The Mvoti River Pipe Bridge Crossing was delivered for Umgeni Water and involved the construction of a new steel bridge structure to support a major pipeline crossing over the Mvoti River. The project formed an important part of the regional water infrastructure network, providing a secure and durable crossing for essential services.
The works included bridge fabrication and erection, concrete support structures, pipe installation, tie-ins to existing infrastructure, embankment reinstatement, and environmental management within the river setting.
